Returns Process

We hope you are happy with your purchase however, you can return your item to Sonjiki in its unused and resalable condition within 14 days of receiptWe cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect use.

In this event, please notify Sonjiki of your intention to return an item. Item must be re-packed in a secure, waterproof package with labels/tags still attached. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from the post office and keep it safe as evidence of your return. All refunds are processed on receipt and inspection of the returned item and an email is sent to advise this. 

Refund amount will be subject to the original shipping fees deduction. Any shipping fees incurred by you will not be refunded.  Sonjiki reserves the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the proof of posting.

 Additional information for orders outside the UK

If you are returning an item to us from outside of the UK, please make sure a customs declaration form or similar is completed marking the parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS’. Sonjiki may refuse a return if additional charges are applied or deduct the additional charge from the refund amount.

Errors/Faulty Items:

All items are fully checked for quality before dispatch. If you wish to return an item on the basis that it was sent to you faulty or in error, please notify Sonjiki of your intention to return an item including photograph of the defect. Item must be re-packed in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

Faulty products returned will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges incurred you by (please retain proof of postage). If you are returning from outside UK, please make sure a customs declaration form or similar is completed marking the parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS’.  The delivery charge will not be refunded if faulty item(s) are returned among non-faulty item(s) in the same parcel.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are not in a position to offer exchanges however; you may return your purchase for a refund and place a new order (please review the returns policy).
