Delivery Policy

Bringing your order to you with care and clarity.

1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 5pm GMT are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). A complete and accurate postal address is required. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, as a signature may be required.

2. International Orders & Customs

International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections and local processing delays. Any duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Sonjiki does not control or influence these charges.

United States customers: A 10% duty charge applies to all U.S. orders in line with current trade regulations. This cost is included in the shipping fee at checkout.

3. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will provide instructions for redelivery or collection. Once an order is marked as delivered, Sonjiki cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels.

Parcels returned due to incorrect address details or non-collection may be refunded minus original shipping and return costs, or re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Please note: Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.

U.S. Orders:
A mandatory 10% customs duty is applied to all U.S. deliveries and included in the shipping cost at checkout.
