Delivery Policy

1. Processing & Delivery
Orders placed before 5pm GMT are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). A full postal address is required — please note, we do not deliver to PO Boxes as a signature is required upon delivery.
2. International Orders
For deliveries outside the UK, customs procedures may delay your parcel. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees as defined by your country. Sonjiki does not influence these costs. We advise reviewing your local customs policies before ordering.
3. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, a notice will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection. Once marked as delivered, Sonjiki is not responsible for disputes over missing parcels.
Unclaimed parcels are held temporarily by the courier. If uncollected, they may be returned to Sonjiki. In such cases, a refund will be processed minus the original shipping and any return charges.
Should an item be returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will notify you. You may choose to have it re-shipped (at your expense) or refunded (minus delivery and return fees).
Important: Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery information provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel. Redelivery costs due to address errors or failed attempts are the customer’s responsibility.
