Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch your order with care, clarity and reliable tracking, so your Sonjiki pieces reach you as smoothly as possible.

Holiday Notice

Dispatch will be paused from 18 May to 8 June

Orders placed on or before 17 May will be dispatched before the pause.

Orders placed from 18 May onwards will be processed from 8 June, when dispatch resumes.

You can still place an order during this period. Please allow extra time for processing before your order is dispatched.

Outside holiday notices or temporary dispatch pauses, orders placed before 5pm GMT are usually dispatched the next working day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

A complete and accurate delivery address is required at checkout. Please check your details carefully before placing your order.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, as a signature or secure delivery confirmation may be required.

Delivery Services

We use tracked delivery services where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery information using the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, customs processing, weather disruption or courier delays.

These timeframes are estimates from dispatch and do not include order processing time.

International Orders and Customs

International orders may be subject to customs checks, duties, taxes or local handling fees.

Where charges are not collected at checkout, they may be requested by the courier or local customs authority before delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Sonjiki does not control customs processing times, duties, taxes or local import charges.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, please follow the courier’s instructions for redelivery or collection.

Parcels returned to us because of incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts or non-collection may be refunded minus original delivery and return costs, or re-sent at the customer’s expense.

Delivered Parcels

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Sonjiki is unable to accept responsibility for missing parcels.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, or that your chosen delivery location is secure.
