DELIVERY POLICY

Final Shipping Dates for Holiday 2024

To ensure your orders arrive in time for the holiday season, please take note of our final shipping dates:

  • United Kingdom (UK)
    • Express Shipping: 21st December
    • Economy Shipping: 19th December
  • Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, United States
    • Express Shipping: 18th December
    • Economy Shipping: 15th December
  • Rest of the World
    • Express Shipping: 12th December
    • Economy Shipping: 9th December

Normal service will resume on 6th January 2025.

Standard Order Processing

All orders placed before 5pm GMT are dispatched on the next working day. A full postal address must be provided; we cannot deliver to PO Boxes as a signature is required at the point of delivery. A working day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders Outside the UK

Parcels may be subject to customs clearance; this can cause a delay in receiving your parcel. You are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or other taxes as determined by your country. Sonjiki has no control over these charges. Please ensure you are aware of your country’s customs policies before placing an order.

Delivery Confirmation

If a delivery is missed, a missed-delivery notice is left at the delivery address requesting delivery re-arrangement or collection. Following a delivery confirmation, Sonjiki will not be held responsible for any missing parcel disputes.

Undelivered Parcels

An undelivered parcel following a delivery attempt will be retained by our delivery agent for a short period of time. If during this time the parcel is not collected or redelivered, the parcel may be returned to Sonjiki. In such an event, a refund for the original order (minus original shipping fees and any incurred return fees) will be issued to the customer’s paying account. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are available to receive their parcels or arrange for re-delivery within the specified time frame.

Return Policy for Uncollected Items

If an item is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address, we will notify you upon receipt. You can choose to have the item re-shipped at your expense or request a refund, minus the original shipping fees and any return fees incurred.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to sign for the delivery. In cases where the delivery address is incorrect or the parcel is unclaimed, additional shipping fees may apply.
