1. Overview

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if needed, you may return any item in its unused, resalable condition within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and free from damage or alteration. Returns cannot be accepted if the item has been soiled, torn, or damaged due to incorrect use.

To begin a return, simply reply to your order confirmation email to notify us of your intent.

2. Return Window & Conditions

Returns must be initiated and received within 14 days of delivery. The return window begins the day your item is delivered to your address. Returns received after this period will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original delivery address.

3. How to Return

  • Notify Us: Reply to your order confirmation email to inform us of your return. Wait for our reply before shipping the item.
  • Packaging: Re-pack your item securely in a waterproof package with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Postage: Always obtain proof of postage and use a tracked service to ensure your return is delivered on time.
  • Return Address: This will be provided in your return authorisation email. Include your order number inside the package.

4. Return Shipping & Customs

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For International Returns: Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs declaration. If this is not done correctly, any customs fees or import charges incurred will be deducted from your refund or may result in your return being refused.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. The refund will exclude the original shipping cost.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you cannot provide proof of postage or if the item is not returned in its original condition.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, please check with your bank. Processing times can vary. If issues persist, contact us at hello@sonjiki.co.uk.

7. Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, you may return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Store Credit: If offered, store credit is valid for 12 months and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, the refund will still be issued to the original payment method. We do not currently offer gift cards or refunds to alternate recipients.
