Returns & Exchanges

We want your Sonjiki order to feel right. If something is not suitable, this page explains how returns are handled.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and suitable for resale.

Overview

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If you need to return an item, it must be sent back in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Items cannot be accepted if they have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, marked, scented, soiled, or returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.

Return Window

Returns must be requested and received within 14 days of delivery. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered to your address.

Returns received after this period may be refused and sent back to the original delivery address.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, reply to your order confirmation email and let us know you would like to return your item.

Please wait for our reply before sending anything back. The return address will be provided in your return authorisation email.

Preparing Your Return

Please re-pack your item securely in waterproof packaging and include your order number inside the parcel.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

For international returns, please mark the parcel clearly as “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs declaration. Any customs fees or import charges caused by incorrect labelling may be deducted from your refund, or the return may be refused.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days. The refund will exclude the original delivery charge.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned outside the return window, arrives without proof of postage, or is not returned in its original condition.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 working days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Store Credit

If store credit is offered, it will be valid for 12 months and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, the refund will still be issued to the original payment method.

We do not currently offer gift cards or refunds to alternate recipients.
